# Disclaimer

**Short version:** these are unofficial, AI-assisted notes, provided "as is" with no warranty. Read the Official
Rules and the official pages yourself. They govern, and these notes don't.

1. **AI-assisted summaries.** People wrote most of this kit with an AI assistant, summarizing public pages, emails
to participants and vendor documentation. Summaries can leave things out, mistake them or blur them.
2. **No warranty.** Everything here is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied,
including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness and non-infringement.
The authors and contributors are not liable for any claim, damage or loss arising from its use.
3. **May be wrong or out of date.** Rules, dates, prices, model ids and amounts change. Each page carries an
as-of date; anything after that date isn't reflected.
4. **Not advice.** Nothing here is legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Ask a qualified professional
   about your own situation.
5. **Not a substitute for the source.** The
   [Official Rules](https://cerebralvalley.ai/e/meta-ai-developer-hackathon/waiver), the
[event page](https://cerebralvalley.ai/e/meta-ai-developer-hackathon), the Credit Terms, Meta's
[Acceptable Use Policy](https://dev.meta.ai/legal/acceptable-use-policy) and Meta's developer documentation govern.
Where these notes and a source disagree, the source wins.
6. **Not affiliated.** This kit is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.,
Cerebral Valley Enterprises, Inc., or any partner named here.
7. **Trademarks.** Meta, Muse, Llama, Cerebral Valley and other names are trademarks of their owners, used here only
to identify their products and the event.
8. **Verify before you act.** Check dates, amounts, eligibility and deadlines at the source before relying on them,
especially anything involving money, eligibility or your submission.
9. **Observations are opinion.** Files in `observations/` are personal comments, labelled and dated, and are not facts
   about the event.
