# Scenario matrix generator and stakeholder digester (`scenario_matrix`)

Standard-library Python package for Seed Pack `meta-are-scenario-matrix` (inspired by Meta ARE / Gaia2 dynamic environments and Meta Matrix synthetic multi-agent scaling).

## Capabilities
- `environments.py`: 25 public-good and technical domains x 10 operational constraints x 4 sensitivity/connectivity regimes = 1,000 indexed situations (`ENV-0001..ENV-1000`), with an optional worker `llm_extender` callback.
- `methods.py`: 1,000 solution methods (`METH-0001..METH-1000`) spanning 5 decomposition topologies, 6 compute tiers, 8 verification gates and 5 privacy boundaries.
- `personas.py`: 1,000 operator and domain personas (`PERS-0001..PERS-1000`) spanning 5 skill levels, 5 agent harnesses, 5 communication styles and 8 risk/accessibility profiles.
- `stakeholders.py`: 1,000 multi-position stakeholders (`STKH-0001..STKH-1000`) that evaluate, block, partition, tag, link and digest episodes into candidate Tasks (`verbs`) and Task Objects (`nouns`) with explicit `human_only` boundaries and SHA-256 digests.
- `matrix_runner.py`: Seeded 1,000-cell 4D Latin-hypercube stratified sweep plus an `O(1)` combinatorial expansion API addressing all `10^12` (`1,000^4`) tuples.
