# Agora contributor instructions

Read `README.md`, `CONTRIBUTING.md`, `docs/status.md`, `status.json` and
`docs/architecture-checkpoint.md` before editing.

- Keep this repository documentation and offline validation only. The owning repositories remain the source of behavior and API contracts.
- Preserve the noun/verb structure and authorized-worker reasoning policy. Do not imply a routine server reviewer or enable a model call.
- MUST FOLLOW: only nouns, verbs, surfaces and narrow supporting infrastructure. Seed packs contain nouns and verbs. Projects are labels/groupings, not another primitive. Kothar and Kinema distribute seed packs and deterministic tools. Keep `architecture.json` reconciled; it documents ownership and grants no runtime authority.
- Separate implemented, deployed, observed and proposed claims. Use dated evidence, exact source revisions and public CI links. Keep limitations visible.
- Use public facts and synthetic examples only. Never copy private notes, raw histories, credentials, account details or local absolute paths into public files.
- `make check` is required before every commit. Fix false claims and broken references; do not weaken checks to hide them.
- Keep repo-local git identity `ta-amps <348409696+ta-amps@users.noreply.github.com>`. Use no coauthor or generation trailers. Never embed credentials in a remote URL or force push.
- Updating a dated snapshot does not establish a background maintenance service. Do not add network or provider calls to the checks.
